Colin Brewer - Designated Individual
Colin has over 30 years’ experience in healthcare and pathology. During this time, he has worked in routine diagnostic histology, medical research, NHS & private laboratories, neurological, orthopaedics and specialised head & neck units. He has been a member of the IBMS for over 40 years and is still a committee member for the IBMS London Histopathology Discussion Group.
Colin joined CellNass in 2003, playing a key role in the growth of the company to what it is today. He is still the HTA Designated Individual for CellNass. He is also a Member of the CellPath Research & Development team and is enjoying being ‘back at the bench’!
Paul Webber - Joint Managing Director
Paul is the Joint Managing Director of CellNass, directing and coordinating the activities of the business to ensure our customers’ requirements are met.
Cornelia Mocanu - CellNass Business Manager
Cornelia joined CellNass in September 2014 as part of a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) programme, after graduating from the University of Sussex.
Since joining she has been integral to the development of the company’s CellTrak online material recall software, with responsibility for making sure it fully meets the needs of our customers. Cornelia has recently started the nationwide roll-out of CellTrak training, travelling to our customers’ premises to deliver it in person. She was also a driver behind the CPD Certificate Service awarding 2 CPD points for the recipients of the training sessions she undertakes.
Rob Jackson - Logistics Lead
After working in CellPath in 2001, Rob returned to the company in 2005 with a focus on the CellNass business. As the CellNass Logistics Lead, Rob has currently performed in the region of 300 customer uplifts and plays an important role in the secure storage of customer material and its safe return when it is recalled.
Simon Wheatley - Assistant Designated Individual
Simon joined CellNass in March 2015 as a General Operative. Now a CellNass Team Leader, Simon is responsible for the picking of recalls made by hospitals and plays an important role in the secure storage of customer material. Simon is also a member of the uplift team when required.
Simon took on the position of HTA Person Designate as an extra responsibility in December 2016, to assist the Designated Individual in ensuring CellNass complies with requirements set out by the Human Tissue Authority.
